Hops were our primary focus when brewing this huge double IPA. Keeping it traditional, we went with Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe for the boil and both dry hops.
We ended up with a super dank, crisp, and intensely bitter old school West Coast IPA. Something to keep you company whilst enjoying the bliss of solitude.
